The Diario Alimentare service ("App") is provided by Federico Benedetti, VAT ID 02848690414 ("Provider").
The App allows users to log meals, photos, and emotional states related to eating habits, with the option to share data in read-only mode with a healthcare practitioner.
An account is required to use the App. Registration is available via email (OTP), Google, or Apple. Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials.
The App offers a free plan with locally stored data. The subscription includes cloud backup, synchronization, and practitioner sharing. Prices and durations are listed on the subscription page.
Users may activate a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, the selected plan will be charged automatically unless cancelled.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through device settings (App Store or Google Play). No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Users retain ownership of all content they create (text, photos, emotional data). The Provider does not access user content except to provide the service.
The App does not constitute medical or nutritional advice. Users should consult a healthcare professional for decisions regarding their diet and health.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated through the App.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Pesaro.
